The minimum stay in low season is 2 nights. When agreed a shorter stay, there is a surcharge 20% or 50%. In seasons the minimum stay is 4 nights. Shorter stays are possible after agreement only. The surcharge for a dog is 100 CZK / day. The recreation fee is 15 CZK / day / adult, seniors are free of charge. The lending of mountain bikes for hotel guests is free, for others 150, – CZK / day. The lending of an electrical bike for hotel guests is 250, – CZK / day, for the other 590, – CZK / day. The cancellation terms: When booking in low season, we ask for a deposit of the price of one-day stay. In season we ask for the deposit of 30% of the price. The cancellation counts on the day of receipt of the cancellation e-mail. At the time of 30 days or more before arrival we charge a handling fee of CZK 100 / person. At the time of 30-14 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the amount paid. At the time of 13-0 days prior to arrival we charge 100% of the amount paid.
